Due to the bespoke nature of these services, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Policy

a. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a service has been rendered or campaign setup initiated, we do not offer refunds. This includes strategy calls, list research, campaign copywriting, warmups, or any other resource-intensive work.

b. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain cases — such as project cancellation before any work has started — partial refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion. Processing fees may apply.

c. Monthly Retainer/Subscription Services

For recurring services (e.g., monthly outreach or lead generation plans), refunds are not provided once the billing cycle begins. You must cancel in accordance with the terms below to avoid future charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. One-Time Projects

Clients may request cancellation before work begins by emailing us at [insert your email]. If no work has been performed, we may approve cancellation and process a partial refund within 5–10 business days.

b. Ongoing Monthly Plans

To cancel ongoing services, written notice must be provided at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. Cancellations made after this window will take effect in the following billing cycle.

c. Minimum Commitment

Some services may include a minimum contract term (e.g., 1–3 months). Early termination of such agreements will not qualify for a refund, and remaining payments may still be due.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery and client communication.

5. Service Quality Guarantee

While we strive for high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction, marketing results (e.g., leads, replies, appointments) can vary due to many factors beyond our control. As such, we do not guarantee specific outcomes and this is not grounds for a refund.
